As a self-taught artist, I’ve faced my fair share of imposter syndrome and perfectionism—feelings that often made it hard to believe I was “good enough.” Over the past few years, I’ve learned to let go of those pressures by embracing fun, playfulness, and imperfection in my creative process.
In a time when AI-generated art is becoming more common, I believe it’s more important than ever to draw with humanity—to create with heart, emotion, and a distinctly human touch.
Today, I’m lucky enough to work as a full-time freelance illustrator, primarily creating book covers. No matter the style, my illustrations share a common thread: they’re dreamy, colourful, and feminine—always aiming to spark imagination and emotion.
